Why Pause Space?
It is easy to focus on others when we think about compassion, and indeed some people may not be familiar with self-care/compassion at all. Yet if you are caring for others without caring for yourself, you are in danger of burning out.

What’s involved?
Pause Space gives a pair or small group 10 minutes to stop, listen to each other in a supportive, encouraging and appreciative atmosphere, and explore what caring for yourself might mean to you. How might you be wise, kind and compassionate towards yourself in the future?
